Why will an AR tool not start?

AR tools need a supported device, camera permission, and a well-lit textured surface. On Android, Google Play Services for AR may also need to be installed or updated.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase while signed in to the same store account you used to buy it.

Where are my saved measurements?

They stay in the Saved ledger on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall. Export a .plumb backup before moving devices.

Please do not email client names, private addresses, jobsite photos, or other sensitive material unless it is necessary to resolve the issue.
