Why does the reading look off?

Remove a case that changes the contact surface, keep the phone steady, compare it against a known level, and remember that device sensors vary by model and condition.

How does the haptic lock work?

Feedback increases as you approach level, plumb, 45 degrees, or a torpedo target. A stronger haptic marks the configured lock tolerance.

Can I save a reading for a client?

Yes. Save the reading with its vial snapshot and notes, then share or export a branded PDF or PNG record.

Please do not email client names, private addresses, jobsite photos, or other sensitive material unless it is necessary to resolve the issue.
